Money Back Guarantee
The money back guarantee
runs for fourteen days from one day after the shipping
date of GyroTwisters purchased through the official
GyroTwister website or the call centre. There is
no Money Back Guarantee available from WingTsun Australia Pty Ltd
on Gyrotwisters purchased through retail outlets.
You must call 02 9326 6541
or email service @ gyrotwister .com .au during this
period to get an RA number. Your GyroTwister must
be returned in full working order, in original packaging
and with no damage or markings to the box or it's contents.
If this procedure is
adhered to, your money will be refunded in full, excluding
any delivery charges.
The GyroTwister must be
returned to WingTsun Australia Pty Ltd within 7 days of confirming
your
RA
Number, accompanied by a signed copy of this form.
We advise that you take a copy of the signed document
for your records.This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Warranty Claims
The
2 year guarantee runs from one day after shipping,
or date of invoice if purchased through a retailer.
You must call 02 9326 6541 or email service @ gyrotwister
.com .au during this period to get an RA number.
WingTsun Australia Pty Ltd guarantees that it will correct
by repair or
parts replacement any defect
in the product which arises from faulty workmanship
or materials where such defect arises within 2 years
from the date of purchase of this product. The repair
will be carried out free of charge. However, there
will be a charge
made for return shipment .
This warranty does not cover GyroTwisters that have
been:
- Dropped
- Oiled
- Cleaned incorrectly
- Used for purposes
other than those described in the manual or
on the website
- Where any defect
or failure is attributed to accident, misuse,
abuse or negligence
GyroTwisters
that have been mistreated will be returned without
replacement.
The GyroTwister must be
returned to WingTsun Australia Pty Ltd within 7 days of confirming
your RA Number, accompanied by a signed copy of this
form.
We advise that you take a copy of the signed document
for your records.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Returns
Please ensure that you pack your GyroTwister so
that it will not get
damaged during transit.
Do not mark the original box - please write or
attach labels only on additional external packaging.
